EVER Precision Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Your Membership

The EVER Precision Membership is an annual membership. It costs 365 euros per year, billed once annually in advance. The membership automatically renews for another year at a time to ensure your analyses, plan, and re-tests continue without interruption.

No Minimum Term

There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time.

How to Cancel

You can cancel yourself via the EVER Shop. Go to shop.everhealth.ai and log in to your account using just your email address; you will receive a login code via email. Under "Subscriptions," you will see your active membership and can cancel it with just a few clicks. Alternatively, send us a quick email at support@everhealth.ai, and we will handle it for you.

Cancellation stops the automatic renewal. Your membership remains active until the end of the membership year you have already paid for and terminates thereafter.

Re-tests and Services Require an Active Membership

Re-tests at the 3-month and 6-month marks, as well as all other services (plan updates, EVER App, expert network, shop benefits), require an active membership at the time they are due. If your membership ends, any outstanding re-tests and services are forfeited. There are no refunds or opportunities to make up for missed services.

Price

Should the price change, we will notify you in good time before the next renewal. You can then cancel before the renewal takes place.

Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

For distance contracts, there is generally a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. With EVER Precision, the personalized analysis begins with your sample and the information you provide. Once the analysis has commenced with your express consent, or the sealed test kit has been opened for hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be restricted or cease to apply in accordance with statutory exceptions.
