Shipping Terms

• Delivery Area: We deliver within Germany, the EU, Switzerland, and selected non-EU countries.
  
• Shipping Costs: Exact costs are displayed during the checkout process. Free shipping may apply above a certain order value.
  
• Delivery Time:
  Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
  EU: approx. 3–7 business days
  Switzerland & Non-EU: approx. 5–10 business days (depending on customs processing)
  
• Shipping Providers: Shipping is handled by reliable logistics partners (e.g., DHL, DPD).
  
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
  
• Customs & Import Fees: Deliveries to Switzerland and other non-EU countries may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs are to be borne by you, the buyer, and are not covered by EVER Health GmbH.
