BIOMES is a German biotech company based in Wildau near Berlin, founded in 2017 as a spin-off of TH Wildau. Its focus is entirely on the gut microbiome. With INTEST.pro, BIOMES analyses the gut flora not through simple rapid tests but through the DNA of the gut bacteria using next-generation sequencing. The results are evaluated against one of the largest microbiome databases in Europe and more than 6,000 studies. From this, BIOMES derives probiotics tailored specifically to the individual microbiome. Scientifically grounded and developed in Germany.
