Creatine

Creatine is one of the most thoroughly researched supplements available. It stores energy in your muscle cells and releases it instantly during short, intense effort. A daily intake of 3 g of creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. From the age of 55 it also enhances the effect of resistance training on muscle strength.

Here you will find pure creatine monohydrate made in Germany: Creapure and Creavitalis by Alzchem, the only creatine producer outside China. Available as powder or in sticks for on the go. I take creatine every day myself, not only for sport but for muscle maintenance and energy as I age.
