Rå Hygge: organic specialty coffee with functional mushrooms from Sweden
Rå Hygge roasts in small batches in southern Sweden. The base is organic Arabica from small cooperatives in Peru. Added to it are dual-extracted organic mushroom extracts from fruiting bodies, depending on the blend reishi, lion's mane, shiitake or tremella and maitake. The beans are gently post-roasted, which keeps them low in acid. At EVER you will find four blends as whole beans in 227 g bags, for filter coffee and espresso.
