MITOcare add·on BCAA enthält die drei essenziellen verzweigtkettigen Aminosäuren L-Leucin, L-Isoleucin und L-Valin im optimalen Verhältnis 2:1:1. Diese Aminosäuren kann der Körper nicht selbst herstellen und müssen über die Nahrung oder Supplementierung zugeführt werden. BCAA unterstützen die Proteinsynthese, dienen als Energiequelle für Muskeln und tragen zur Stickstoffversorgung des Körpers bei, was u.a. die Synthese bestimmter Neurotransmitter unterstützt.
