Coenzyme Q10 100 mg Kaneka Ubiquinol® by Sunday Natural provides 100 mg of coenzyme Q10 per softgel in the reduced ubiquinol form. The formula uses the patented Kaneka Ubiquinol® branded ingredient, produced by yeast fermentation, bioidentical to naturally occurring Q10 and yeast-free in the finished ingredient. Ubiquinol is the reduced form of coenzyme Q10 and is described by the manufacturer as having higher bioavailability than conventional ubiquinone. It is dissolved in coconut MCT oil to provide a lipid-based delivery format suited to this fat-soluble compound. Within the EVER system, the product is primarily associated with Cellular Level, with additional relevance to Longevity and Systems. It complements nutrition-focused protocols that consider mitochondrial metabolism, cellular energy pathways and structured intake of selected coenzymes, without attributing unapproved health effects to coenzyme Q10 itself.
