EVER Precision Re-Test 6 Months (Add-on)

The check-in after six months. You re-measure 14 values and see in black and white whether your plan is working: nutrients, blood sugar, inflammation, liver and blood lipids.

These 14 values are included:

• Vitamin D (25-OH): the storage form of vitamin D, relevant for bones, the immune system, muscles and hormone balance.
• Vitamin B12: important for nerves, blood formation and energy metabolism.
• Ferritin: your iron store, central to oxygen transport, energy and performance.
• Magnesium: involved in muscle and nerve function, sleep and energy metabolism.
• HbA1c (mmol/mol and %): your blood sugar memory of the last eight to twelve weeks. You get both units, exactly as the laboratory reports them, which is why HbA1c counts as two values.
• High-sensitivity CRP: makes low-grade, silent inflammatory processes visible.
• Gamma-GT: a liver marker that responds to alcohol, diet and some supplements.
• Blood lipids: total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, HDL/LDL ratio and triglycerides.
• ApoB: counts the particles that carry cholesterol into the vessel wall and adds a more precise view to LDL.

Why after six months? Blood lipids, ApoB and liver markers take time to reflect changes in diet, exercise or supplementation. After six months, a comparison with your baseline is meaningful.

What you get: in the EVER app you see each value directly against your baseline, so the trend rather than a single number. For each one you also get a read on whether your plan should continue as it is or be adjusted. That read is reviewed and signed off by an expert from the EVER network before it reaches you.

How it works: your test kit comes to your home, you take the blood sample yourself with a finger prick and send it back in the envelope provided. No lab appointment, no doctor's visit.
