Each capsule provides 170 mg of EGCG, so the recommended daily dose is equivalent to approximately twelve cups of green tea. EGCG is one of the most important secondary plant compounds in green tea and supports antioxidant processes that can contribute to maintaining cell stability. Vitamin C enhances the formula by contributing to physiological immune function and also supports redox balance.
