BIOMES Typ beta kombiniert 30 lebende Kulturen aus Laktobazillen und Bifidobakterien mit resistentem Maisdextrin, Magnesium und ausgewählten B-Vitaminen. Die Rezeptur ist als analytikbasiertes Probiotikum nach INTEST.pro konzipiert und eignet sich im EVER-Kontext für Protokolle, in denen Darm, Mikrobiom und die Verbindung zu weiteren physiologischen Systemen gemeinsam betrachtet werden. Auf Zellebene stehen die enthaltenen Mikroorganismen sowie der Ballaststoff Maisdextrin im Mittelpunkt einer gezielten Mikrobiom-Routine. Die magensaftresistenten DRCaps® und mikroverkapselten Kulturen sind darauf ausgelegt, die enthaltenen Bakterien während der Passage durch Magen und Galle zu schützen. Magnesium trägt zu einer normalen Funktion des Nervensystems, der Muskeln und zu einem normalen Energiestoffwechsel bei. Vitamin B6, B12 und Folsäure tragen zu einer normalen Funktion des Immunsystems bei, während mehrere enthaltene B-Vitamine zu einem normalen Energiestoffwechsel beitragen. Die Systems-Perspektive ordnet die Darmversorgung in das Zusammenspiel von Ernährung, Mikrobiom und Nährstoffversorgung ein. Als Essentials lässt sich Typ beta gezielt in individuelle Routinen integrieren. Für Longevity passt die Rezeptur in langfristige Konzepte einer bedarfsgerechten Versorgung.
