Vitals Nachtkerzenöl Biologisch liefert 500 mg kaltgepresstes Öl aus biologisch angebauten Samen der Oenothera biennis pro Kapsel und ist eine natürliche Quelle der Omega-6-Fettsäure Gamma-Linolensäure (GLA). Zwei Softgel-Kapseln enthalten 1000 mg Nachtkerzenöl mit 90 mg GLA. Das Öl wird ohne chemische Lösungsmittel gewonnen und entspricht den EU-Bio-Richtlinien (NL-BIO-01). GLA ist eine mehrfach ungesättigte Fettsäure, die im Körper aus Linolsäure gebildet werden kann, jedoch unter bestimmten Ernährungs- oder Belastungssituationen gezielt zugeführt wird. Nachtkerzenöl wird traditionell im Zusammenhang mit Hautpflege von innen und dem weiblichen Zyklus eingesetzt und trägt zur Aufrechterhaltung einer ausgewogenen Immunreaktion bei.
